  • We inspect the roof and attic.
  • We photograph and document what we find.
  • We sit down with you and walk through the photos.
  • We explain what's going on with your roof and give you our recommendation.

Clear options

  • We sit down with you and walk through what we found.
  • We explain what's happening with your roof and give you our recommendation.
  • We show you the options that make sense for your home and what each includes.
  • We answer your questions so you can make an informed decision.
  • When you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your installation.

Professional installation

  • Your crew arrives on the scheduled installation date.
  • We protect your home and property before work begins.
  • Your old roofing system is removed and the new roof is installed.
  • Once installation is complete, we clean the property.
  • We perform a magnetic nail sweep before leaving.

We stand behind it

  • You receive your Tiki workmanship warranty.
  • We register/provide the applicable manufacturer warranty.
  • If there's ever an issue with our workmanship, we're here to make it right.
